Hike around Kathmandu Valley Rim (KVR)

It was a short trip with our Guest from Singapore the group was lead by my Dear friend Ling.

DAY 1: The first day after the arrival we went to the hotel checked -in and went around the Boudhanath for a short walk.
Day 2. We went for a hike to the Balthali, Hari was there as a assistance guide. The guest loved hike although it was a long. At the end of the hike they were treated with a very good Nepal Thakali. The food was really great in the Balthali eco resort.
Day 3: Today we had a easy day, we went to Nagi Gumba for a hike. It was short and sweet hike, we had a packed lunch for a hike. The total hike was about 3.5 hours. On the way we had a local Jungle guide who explained us about the different Floras and Faunas that were in the Shivapuri National Park. After we were done with the hike we went to the massage and later to the hotel respectively.
Day 4: Today was the last day for our Hike and also one of the longest Hike ofthis Trip. It was a hike from Chandragiri to Hattiban. Padam and Jayraj was there as a assistant guide for the hike. On the way we took the tea break at Chap Bhanjyang, unforunately the light brunch were not availabel at that time in the place, so me, Ling, Padam and Jayraj had a coffee and we hike forward. On the way we also saw the bush fire.It was a long hike and we were trying to reach on time to the Hattiban Resort for our lunch. Guest were already tired and hungry after the long hike. By the time we reached to the Hattiban it was 3 pm. All of us were hungry and tired.At the end of the hike there was also rain luckily we escaped it.
Day 5: Today we had an easy day. After the check out from the Hotel we went to the Basantapur Durbar Square and later to do some sopping in the Thamel. At the evening we went to Kapan to meet some local families and at the evening eventually we went to the Airport for the departure. It was really nice to have them all. The guest also enjoyed their hikes here in Nepal.
